Children’s Festival Organised on the Birth Anniversary of Sane Guruji

Conventionally, the Birth Anniversary of Sane Guruji is celebrated as Children’s Festival (Bal Melava) at the campus every year.
Shri Pandurang Sadashiv Sane, more familiar as ‘Sane Guruji’ has often been referred to as 'The National Teacher of India.'
A Renowned Author, Teacher, Social Activist and Freedom Fighter, Sane Guruji's childhood (Briefed as 'Shyam Chi Aai') is the most beloved to all the children in the state of Maharashtra.
On 24th December, the event day, enthusiasm of the organizers and the participants was doubled, since the event was also associated with the ‘Shashtabdhi Poorti Year’ of Shri Pramodji Deshmukh, the Chairman, SS Mandal.
More than 4,000 children attended the event that was conducted in two sessions.  The morning session was graced by a special invitee, Mrs. Anupama Ban, who performed mono acts on different roles of women in the society.



Shri Niranjan Bhakare, a well known folk dancer, has presented a majestic performance through ‘Songi Bharud’.  His performance also communicated  cultural values and effectively penetrated into the minds of viewers.

Annual Day Celebrated at Sainiki Vidyalaya




The Annual Day was celebrated at the Sainiki Vidyalay in a grand gesture, on 17th and 18th December at the school campus.
The event commenced on 17th December 2016, in the evening with a cultural programme.  Various traditional dances and dramas were performed by students. Dramas on demonetization and Kargil war received a loud applause from audience.
Next day morning students demonstrated yogasanas and Surya namaskaras. They also presented demonstration of various Defence Training activities like firing, horse riding, Rope climbing, hurdle pass etc.  It was an eye-catching view for parents. Interesting games like water- balloon and Tug-o-war were also organized for parents. The winners were rewarded at the concluding ceremony.
Shri. Sunil Deshmukh Presided over the concluding ceremony while Mrs. Anupama A. Ban was the special invitee. She is a well-known Orator and skill traineer. Parents' representative Dr. Panchal was also present on the stage. An alumnus of Sainiki Vidyalaya Mr. Ankush Borlepwar, who is studying cardiology in Germany, spoke his nostalgia related to his stay in Sainiki Vidyalaya and underlined the importance of activities conducted in school. Academics and Sports awards were given away to the recipients by the dignitaries. Master Pushkar Patil of class 10th proposed vote of thanks.   

2nd Level of Educational Quality Improvement Program(EQIP) Conducted for Teachers


The resource persons from Jnana Prabhodhini, Pune, Shri Vivek Ponkshe and Shri Prashant Divekar have imparted 2nd Level of teaching orientation to the teachers of SSM on 17th, 18th & 19th December.
The training programme included a number of activity-based sessions on the effective development of learning and communication skills among students, practicable methodology on the application of CCE and Formative Assessment of pupils.   They also focused a session on the classroom management.

A concluding spell of the training programme will be held towards the end of the academic year. 

NCC Foundation Day Celebrated



Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal has celebrated the NCC Day in an Innovative way on 28 November 2016 at Sagroli. NCC cadets of Sainiki Vidyalaya, and Shivaji High School, Jointly Celebrated the Foundation Day of NCC. Early in the morning the cadets had visited Primary Health Center and cleaned the surroundings. They gave fruits and a biscuits to the patients. Then they extended their visits to Anganwari, where they spent time with small kids. Cadets offered sweets and biscuits to the tiny tots. They played with the children. In the afternoon, cadets visited Shivaji Junior Basic School. There too they distributed notebooks and pens to needy students. Their social venture is appreciated by the management committee, staff and all the villagers.

Storytelling and cultural dances were performed during the concluding session at Dharma Donkey Sanctuary.

Soil Health Cards Distributed on 'World Soil Day' :

More than 1500 Soil Health Cards were distributed to farmers from Biloli, Dharmabad and Degloor Tahasils, on 5th December on the  Occasion of ‘The World Soil Day’. The initiative is intended to educate farmers with firsthand knowledge of nutrients and chemicals.
Shri Laxman Thakkarwad, Member of Nanded Z.P. was the Chief guest on the occasion. Dr. Tukaram Mote, the District Agriculture Officer, delivered a Speech on Soil health for eternal agro production. Prof. Arvind Pandagale from Cotton Research Center, Nanded,  Shared Valuable information about conservation of Rabbi and Kharif crops. Shri Laxman Thakkarwad advised farmers to make the best use of research of Farm Science Center (KVK). Shri. Sunil Deshmukh appealed farmers to join ‘Soil Health card Campaign’.
                An Agro Exhibition was also held on the occasion.
